"I can read everyone's mind, but yours," I spat out with a rushed and anxious croak, being this close to him feels better than dreaming of it. I don't think about how maliciously and vile he is to the coven, it doesn't even cross my thoughts when he reveals his teeth in a sneering manner, his eyes lidding the second he makes his way into the space between us. It absolutely infuriates me. I looked up at him and try not to sink down to the gravely ground at how terrifying his gaze is.
