He racked his brain for a solution, a way to force himself to speak. He became twitchy, biting on his tongue as he stared at Stanley and panic surging through his body. He opened his mouth and tried to say the words that always came so naturally to him but he just couldn't. It felt as if the sun's gravity was pressing on his chest, forcing out any air he had for speaking.

 

Or, The Narrator finds himself unable to speak after a run-in with the Zending. Stanley and him work through it.
