What happens when a vicious, bloodthirsty runt of the litter discovers his need for power? He becomes the scourge of the city.
Scourge, the malevolent tom who was raised a kittypet but hated by his siblings, was the murderer of Tigerstar. Firestar killed Scourge during the battle between BloodClan and the forest Clan.
However, before he died, Scourge had a mate..... and his mate had kits. Their mother raised them as best she could, despite her cruelty.
These kits, together, revive BloodClan.

Instead of killing Fireheart immediately, Tigerstar decides to do something much, much crueler. He takes Cloudpaw hostage and threatens to kill him if Fireheart doesn't do what Tigerstar says. The corrupt leader makes Fireheart into an apprentice again and appoints himself as his mentor. When she awakens, she is in a new territory. She finds out that this is Bloodclan. Scourge makes her a warrior, Briarrose. But she still has no idea who saved her from the battlefield. She then uncovers Scourges real past. It scares her. But she is scared more still once she finds herself wrapped up in an emotion she can't control, one she was told not to feel. Rising from the Ashes
The four Clans-GrassClan, OakClan, PineClan and WillowClan-have lived in relative balance since the Clans began. They kept separate, save for their Gathering every full moon. While they had their disagreements, they kept a relatively harmonious existence. They had always been four Clans and it was believed that they always would be. For as long as they kept the warrior code alive, the Clans would continue to thrive. That's when the troubles began. One long, hot, dry greenleaf, a fire swept through GrassClan. Some cats were lost but those that survived resumed life in their now scorched territory. They knew that life was going to be harder than ever, but they could not abandon the only home they had ever known. The next couple of seasons, GrassClan struggled to feed themselves with little prey to be found. Yet, they refused to give up. Newleaf found GrassClan weak and starving but with hope on their horizon. Their oldest queen had moved into the nursery. Then, disaster struck a second time. Greencough swept through the Clan, snuffing out the new lives before they had even begun. The dreaded sickness left its mark, stealing the future of the Clan and all hope with it. Life had taken its toll on GrassClan. All that remained were their young leader, their deputy, their elderly medicine cat, one warrior and three elders. They had no apprentices, no she-cats and no kits. The once vibrant Clan was on the brink of dying out. The four Clans would soon be no more. Then, at the next Gathering, StarClan brought a message to the Clans: GrassClan must survive. There had always been four Clans and that could not change. This is old and really bad.
