In a futuristic world, a commander is fighting a country with magicae, people who can control the elements. Fire, water, and wind are under their control, with the different types of magicae. However, there are two magicae that can control light and darkness. They together can potentially destroy an entire country with their power. The commander's country wants to kill them, and the magicae want them for themself. In a turn of events, the world is suddenly after the commander and his brother.
