After falling into a lonely retirement, Soviet can barely get himself out of bed in the morning. Though with his declining vision, he's been seeing things he shouldn't. Hallucinations, demons running around his small home. A certain Nazi that won't leave him alone, even in death. Does he miss him? Does he hate him? The USSR honestly doesn't know anymore. He doesn't know about Germany's declining spiral, as he is also plagued with these hauntings. And he also doesn't know, that this Nazi maybe talking to him, for more than just one reason. He is as clueless as the day he lost him, and as clueless as the day that they met.
