One of the fairies, charles, find girl name mana aida who is her school's student council president. Whilst visiting the clover tower observatory during her school's orientation day, mana encounter jikochu who attempt to manipulate her heart but being found by charles as he gives her the power to become cure heart. Joined by blade,cure diamond, cure Rosetta and cure sword, dokidoki Precure must fight to protect everyone from the jikochu and undead.

Micro also explains that they need to collect all 12 Drive Chips. Along the way Micro regains the power to transform into Cure Pyro again, they also encounter Nikou's childhood friend Kanakusa Kasumi who also becomes Cure Tunes. Together these three girls form a brand new Digital Warrior Team, Drive Pretty Cure!
