After a supernatural accident that occurred in the dimensional barrier in one of the two worlds, chaos and destruction followed laying waste to everyone but one certain girl, Mayu Harada..
After growing up all alone in an isolated and a decimated world for over 18 years, she had always aspired and hoped for a new life in a new world to end her isolated loneliness.
On a fateful day, she soon starts having dreams of Akio Takahashi, a 21 year old high school student residing in the other dimension.
Akio Takahashi in return starts to dream of Mayu Harada more than often. He soon discovers that what was thought to be some random hallucinations in his sleep were in fact, a whole new chapter in his life learning that he and Mayu are somehow interconnected despite being from different dimensions. They both soon realize the only way they can reach each other are in their vivid dreams.
With the supernatural barrier the only thing between their connection, both Akio and Mayu, respectively from Sekai and Tekan dimension, go through various challenges with one goal in mind - to finally see each other in reality.
