    Maria Montgomery of Private Drive was just your everyday average teen seemingly caught in the monotony of everyday life, that is until her 11th birthday when she receives a life changing letter. A letter to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
    
    It's been 2 years since that eventful letter came swooping in and upturning her entire life seemingly overnight, but not all is as magical as it seemed. In what felt like a sick joke of fate she found herself sorted into Slytherin house as a muggle born finding herself the brunt of constant torment and various forms of harassment at the hands of her fellow housemates. And the one person who she thought she could turn to seems to have completely forgotten her in all the fame of being "The Boy Who Lived".
    
     Mariah is now quickly finding this magical wonderland is turning into a dystopian hell.
