But Billy has a rich, famous boyfriend named Mickey, Mickey may seem like the "perfect boyfriend." But he really isn't he is very toxic towards Billy. Stu's friends start suspecting that Stu likes Billy, but Stu doesn't want anyone to know he likes boys, so something snaps to Stu, and Stu gets into an altercation with Billy, leaving it a bloody mess at the school.
