Belle is just your average girl. Well, maybe not exactly average, she is what you call a nerd. Good grades, doesn't really do anything bad or get in trouble (on purpose). Except maybe curse. She is oblivious to basically everyone except for her small group of friends and a few others. So imagine her surprise when she has to do a project with Joseph Rowan! She didn't even know he went to her school. She's a nerd, he's, well he's not exactly bad, but not exactly good either. She's introverted, he's, well, not. They're exact opposites but exactly the same as well. Both running from a past they don't want to admit happened, both in need of a light for the end of their journey, and they find it in each other. Or do they?

Hey I'm Echo and this is my story!

*Warning* Mild cursing and sometimes a littler more

Her overbearing father won't even let her choose what instrument she plays. Then she finds herself alone at a party with Ren, her best friend's crush.
