Sam, walking through a park, witnessess the murder of a seemingly random man. He finds that he is now being watched by someone who calls them self the sea who always seems to know where he is. What seems to be a random stalking turns into a much darker situation as he and his awkward friend Quinn evade dying more than once. But is everything as it seems?
