Richard Wolper is a business proprietor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in landscaping, restaurants, horizontal and vertical construction for clients and his real estate developments. Possibly best known as the CEO and co-founder of the Mark 25 Companies, he is also a member of Black Rock Concrete LLC's ownership group. Black Rock Trees an expansive tree plantation located in the Idaho panhandle that specializes in mature trees over 20 feet tall. Rich Wolper has collaborated with multinational corporations such as Home Depot, Burton Lumber, and Walmart, developing initiatives worth hundreds of millions of dollars while donating generously to various charitable causes.
