When Dazai needed to get rid of this anger building up inside of him, and couldn't contact Chuuya, he goes out to find something to help him ease himself.
Chuuya has to go and meet a client. He was not important he was just going to get rid of him. When he reached the designated meet-up spot for 'discussion' he found an all too familiar figure standing on top of a dead body.
