Letters from the future and the past.
When a group of teenagers wants to investigate a case that happened relatively recently in their quiet town because they don't trust the police to do it themselves so they can bring justice to a mother whose daughter hanged herself on a willow tree in the Ivy Park, only to find out that the story is much deeper than expected.

Her boyfriend begins acting up, the murders are messier and more obvious and she has a complicated relationship with her best friend's brother who, as it turns out, is the only person she can truly trust anymore. As the dead bodies pile up, Scarlett is thrust deeper and deeper into the complicated past, and her chances of making it out alive are slowly diminishing. [Rated Mature for strong language, somewhat graphic depictions of violence and: TW for suicide, depression, self-harm and mental illness.
