When Kokushibo and Nakime asked Muzan for permission to be together a cenury ago, he agreed, as long as they followed two simple rules. First, they never let any other demons find out about the relationship. Second, they never come to think of each other in a higher regard than they held him.
The second rule was broken long ago. And yet, the Demon King let them continue playing house. Let them continue indulging in each other, because love was a wonderful tool. Muzan did not understand love, but he knew how to use it. How to hold it above someone's head to get them to do what he wanted.
So that's what he did. Kept Nakime in line by threatening her "Koku." Tormented her, to show Kokushibo that he was powerless against him.
But eventually, Muzan went too far. And Kokushibo will no longer stand for it.

However... It seemed there were quite a number of Demon slayers who greatly disapproved of your stay here, or at least they were very wary of you. the most annoying one being Sanemi Shinazugawa. The reason was obvious enough. You were a demon. Which now made the biggest hassle you had to deal with, staying alive until that point. You have met quite a few demon slayers during your stay at the butterfly mansion, and though not many had been very pleasant. There were others you encounters with a few individuals who were...
