The small town of Hawkins had never forgotten the tragedy that had rocked their community. And now, on November 6th, 1986, he had once again vanished without a trace. The coincidence of the date was unnerving, sending a foreboding sense of fear for the worst already.
What could possibly have happened, who could have taken the young boy, and why was it happening again?

(also side note - hopper was never taken by the russians in this fic and moved to california with joyce and the kids!)
