Ever since Sapnap was in high school he had a crush on this boy named Karl. Karl on the other hand didn't know Sapnap therefore he didn't have feelings for him. You might be asking how did Sapnap have a crush on him if they have never met well you see they did knew each other but Karl got into a car crash which made him forget everything he knew about his family and friends and everyone before the crash.
