Hina Katashi is U.A's #1 goofball. He's playful, reckless, and completely irresponsible but he makes up for it by being one of the strongest students in Class 1A. So when Shinso Hitoshi joins Class 1A with the plans to keep a serious front and make a name for himself, the last thing he needs is to become best friends with the class child.
