Just a Little Longer
What if Aleksander told Alina the truth about who he was the night of the Winter Fete? Would she choose to stay with him? or Would she escape with Mal? Little preview from the text: "Aleksander ?"- She said as he stepped away. "Alina before we continue there is something I must tell you,"- He said in a more serious tone. "We won't have time for dinner is that it?" she said in a jokingly tone (Oh what he wouldn't give to pause time right now before he even said anything, before she found out the truth about who he really was, how he wanted to manipulate her but he had fallen for her instead) Just a little longer he thought... but she had the right to know. Not sure where the story will go but darklina is end game. I do not own these characters they were written by Leigh Bardugo from her series of books "Shadow and Bone" Hope you enjoy it. The Moon Summoner (The Darkling x Reader)
You're used to it all, the shadows, the bloodshed, the screams, you're always by his side after all. They call him The Darkling, but that's not who he is to you. To you he's everything, you worship even the ground he walks on. He calls and you answer. He orders and you obey. The only use you make of your ability to summon the moon is when he says so. To yourself, your ability is useless but still, he keeps you by his side in case you're needed, and you're almost never needed. After all, how can the moon ever compete with the brightness of the sun? Disclaimer! This book is based on the shadow and bone season 1 series that I watched on Netflix and I haven't read the books so this one will be different. It's only based on the characters and casts in the series and they aren't mine.Complete

The Darkling just sits there and stares at me, observing me the way he always does. Moments pass, I become frustrated and snap at him. "Well? Are you going to yell at me? Hurt me? Tell me how you are the only one that I am equivalent to in my eternal life, so I should rely solely on you? He raises an eyebrow. "All of those would be sufficient options, but no." I scoff in response before asking, "then... what are you going to do with me?" He reaches out and traces the features of my jaw and face. He replies, "well that will depend on you." "Me?" I ask warily. He moves a strand of hair out of my face and continues to caress my cheek. "Yes," he exhales. "I don't want you to hate me, Alina. It is up to you to decide whether you want me to be your villain or your husband." #1 darklina 10/24 #1 shadowandbone 12/22 #1 fantasy-romance 2/24 #1 darkling 8/24Complete

All Things Must End
A year after Alina Starkov tears down the Shadow Fold, she is finally able to settle into her peaceful life. There is no more war with Ravka. The Darkling, once her enemy, is now a loyal, protective husband, and a father to their adoptive daughter, Amelia. But all things must end. The Sun Summoner learns that a time of peace can become a time of chaos and upheaval in the blink of an eye. As quickly as one war ends, another can emerge. Alina must protect her country as Queen while making sure that the Darkling doesn't revert to his old villainous self, or else all they have built will come crashing down. This is a sequel to The True Saint, but can be read separately. The world is based off of the Shadow & Bone Netflix series/ books by Leigh Bardugo. Book cover art by: misticarts on tumblr ________ |PREVIEW| ------------- The Darkling raises his hand in a motion I know all too well. Behind him, a monster ten feet tall, made of shadow, forms in a menacing stance, ready to carry out his silent orders. I thought I had seen the last of his nichevo'ya a long time ago when we were on opposing sides of the war. I shake my head. "No. No, what are you doing? Wait!" I send the Cut barrelling at the monster. It dissociates into nothing only for another one to take its place. Again, I send the Cut through the abomination, but it was only a diversion. Another one forms behind me, capturing my arms to prevent me from summoning. It holds me above the ground. I kick and scream, but it covers my mouth with its long, slender arm, the other holding me securely to its chest. My breath is labored as I use all of my strength to fight it. It is futile. The Darkling approaches me, stroking his fingers across my cheek as a way to comfort me. It is hard, however, to comfort someone if you are the cause of the distress. "I will do anything in my power to protect you, my Dear Alina. Anything."Complete
