Stranded in a foreign country was the last thing Annabelle had in mind. Following the events of Hamunaptra and the devastation of Cairo, Annabelle Cambell not only has to find a way to get back home but also mourn the loss of the closest thing she had to a family. But with Imhotep gone, a new threat comes into play as Anna's life is now in the hands of the Medjai order.
This is a fanfiction, meaning that all events and occurrences in this book are all fictional and all are part of my imagination. Any resemblance to actual life events and people, living or dead, are all purely coincidence.
I am not, in any way, affiliated to The Mummy Franchise or Universal Studios so I do not own the characters mentioned in my fanfiction. I only own the original character of Annabelle Cambell and Qasim. This fanfic was inspired by the movie The Mummy, The Mummy Returns, and The Scorpion King.

This is going to be based 1990's 'The Mummy'. However, since I love Egypt and the movie so much I was going to try to make my own X reader type book. I always had the tendency to feel bad for the villains, but I don't think Imhotep was really a bad guy. It's just he had a lot of hatred and vengeance for those who cursed him for loving someone after she killed herself. So due to this I'm going to change the story just a tad, and have a more happy ending. I am also naming her after Seti the first real daughter named Tia. They all travel to Hamunaptra, not knowing Americans were going as well to the city of the dead. The night they were heading to Hamunaptra on the boat she got constant visions more than she usually did about her past life. How much will she learn of her old life while in Hamunaptra? What will happen when her sister Evelyn accidentally revives Imhotep from the dead with the book? Will she remember her love with the High Priest? Will she help send him back to his holy resting place or will she be the one to keep balance between them all?Complete
