[OC's Included]
After the events of Season 3, the Byers family and Eleven are still reeling from the loss of Hopper and the trauma they experienced in Hawkins. Hoping for a fresh start, they, along with Steve, Robin, and Dustin, separately move to California and enroll in a new school, where they meet a group of karate students who are training under Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso.
At first, the two groups seem to have little in common: the Stranger Things gang still deals with the aftermath of their supernatural experiences, while the Cobra Kai students are focused on competing in the upcoming All Valley Tournament. But as they spend more time together, they begin to realize that they share a bond of facing adversity and fighting against seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
Just as they are starting to form a tentative friendship, a new threat emerges in the town. Strange things start happening: electronics malfunction, people go missing, and there are rumors of a mysterious "Upside Down" that's connected to the strange occurrences.
The Stranger Things gang recognizes the signs of a supernatural threat and, despite their desire to put their past behind them, can't help but investigate. Meanwhile, the Cobra Kai students are forced to confront the fact that some things can't be solved with karate alone.
As the two groups team up to unravel the mystery and stop the threat, they must also confront their own prejudices and preconceptions. The Stranger Things gang learns that not all "bullies" are bad people, and there are different ways of dealing with conflict than they're used to. The Cobra Kai students, in turn, learn that there are some things more important than winning a tournament and that real strength comes from standing up for what's right.
"Great news! Wei WuXian has died!"
"Wait- WHAT?!"
"But I'm still here."
The juniors (Lan Sizhui, Lan Jingyi, Jin Ling, and Ouyang Zizhen) accidentally touched an array that teleported the people from the past to an unknown place.
This story is based on a novel Mo Dao Zu Shi written by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu.
