To become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), there are certain eligibility requirements that you must meet. These requirements include a combination of education, experience, and adherence to the ISACA Code of Professional Ethics.

To be eligible for the CISA certification exam, you must have a minimum of five years of professional information systems auditing, control, or security work experience. This experience must be gained within the ten years preceding the application date for certification and can be substituted by a maximum of three years of experience in related fields.
