She doesn't remember much, there seem to be blanks in her memory. No matter, she's back in the mortal plain trying to figure out what unfinished business she had here. She was an unrested soul. Unluckily for her she meets a rather determined but whiny spirit hunter who makes it his goal to be rid of her to protect the good people of the world. Luckily for her he sucks at his job, but perhaps they could help one another... If they don't die before they achieve their goals.

The story will take place during the viking age and will loosely follow some aspects of norse mythology with some creative liberties here and there.

There's no way I'm getting out of them, not unless someone unlocks them with a key. *************** Following Allison's disappearance, Alarik has been on edge. He's seached the entire pack, looked every possible place near their lands and hasn't found a single piece of evidence that leads to her, and what's worse is he can't link to her. Something's shut off the access of her to him, and there are very, very few ways that could happen, and one of them is death. I'm hoping to make this a three part series, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did coming up with the story and researching on how to tie Norse Mythology into a book about vampires and werewolves. Demon-Killing Sword by milee_s

A century ago, the demon king drowned the world in miasma. Demons everywhere went mad. Peaceful shopkeepers tore apart their human patrons. Child demons devoured their human friends. No longer could demons speak. They had become mad beasts intent upon killing. With no other recourse, humankind retreated behind a wall and sent forth their strongest heroes, wielding the demon-killing sword. It was hoped that this sword could even slay the demon king, source of the miasma. All was in vain. The heroes failed. The sword was lost. And so a hundred years pass, until a scrappy part-demon scavenger finds the ruins of the sword. With rabid demons beating at the walls, she sets out across the wasteland of a once-vibrant land to defeat the demon king and carve a new fate for all of humanity.
