Do I know myself well enough to love?

How well do you know yourself? I mean really know yourself? It's easy to answer simple questions about who you are like what's your name? What's your favorite color? But are you intune with your strengths and your weaknesses? Can you describe 10 characteristics about yourself without hesitations? Do you understand how your mind works and what triggers you? Do you understand how you came to exist? A lot of us can't answer these questions because we have never spent time with ourselves to truly learn them. Instead we find ourselves getting caught up in social media and trying to fit in with what others think or feel about us. We tend to put ourselves last to fit the narrative other people have set for us. There is absolutely no way you can love yourself if you've never had the time to really learn yourself. That's like loving something you never knew about. That's the reason I decided to write this book. My intentions with this book is to be a guide to helping others learn how to study themselves better. I will include vocabulary, short passages relating to the topic of the chapters, and of course spiritual verses from GOD, because well.... without him you wouldn't exsist. Are you ready ?
