(REVISED) The frigid air sliced through my weary lungs, each breath a sharp sting of broken glass. The scent of impending rain hung heavy in the atmosphere, adding to the urgency that pulsed through my veins. I pushed my exhausted body forward, leaping over fallen branches and dodging the gnarled roots that threatened to trip me.

A quick glance over my shoulder confirmed my worst fear. The lifeless predators, their eyes vacant and hunger evident, were closing in, their relentless pursuit unyielding. Fear gripped my chest, amplifying the pain coursing through my limbs, but I couldn't afford to slow down.

As I whipped my head back around to focus on my path, my foot collided with an obstacle, sending me sprawling to the forest floor. The impact rattled my bones, stealing the breath from my lungs. My heart hammered in my chest as I struggled to regain my senses, the world spinning in a disorienting blur.

And then, through the haze of confusion, I saw it. Or rather, someone. A figure stood before me, their features obscured by the dim light filtering through the dense canopy. Panic surged within me, unsure if this unexpected encounter would be a savior or a new threat.

The cold air, the impending storm, the relentless pursuit, and now this mysterious presence-all converged in a chaotic symphony, leaving me teetering on the precipice of the unknown.

News reports live all over the world showing cases and recordings of hospital patients or people on the streets attacking one another. Eating their flesh then attacking other people, while the ones who got bit and died came back and started attacking the ones who ran- and didn't. Even those in the military didn't stand a chance. *Slow-burn Daryl Dixon, partial Shane Walsh* I only own my own events, ideas and characters. Everything else is based off of content created and produced by AMC and all staff involved, as well as the original comics. 'But this was entirely different. I felt cold when Daryl would leave my side, I felt agony when I didn't know he was safe. I looked for him after every conflict, I'd check him first after every fight. When the alarm went off, he was the first I looked to, the first I thought about. When we got cut off, I didn't even think when I screamed to get the walkers off of him. I'm in love with Daryl Dixon. I tugged the poncho around me harder, the smell of him wrapping around me in comfort, he grabbed his crossbow and knife, swinging the larger of the two onto his back as I watched. He glanced back, not realising the intensity of the feelings and emotions that rushed through my mind; picking something up off the side and turning, throwing it to me. I caught it with my right hand, looking down at it - a notebook. I opened it up, various notes and doodles from whatever guard was last in here on the first few pages, but the rest was blank. "Saw you writing on that poster in your room, thought you'd need more, found that in the walkers pocket." The words wanted to burst from my lips but I knew it wasn't the right time, not when we were still reeling from the loss. I nodded, tucking it into my pocket, when I threw my arms around him. He staggered back in surprise; catching me as I leaned up and kissed him deeply. He dropped his knife, as I wrapped my arms around his shoulders. I'm in love with Daryl Dixon, and I've never been so content to be in love.' *Do not share this to other sites* Top Rankings: #1 in Daryl #1 in twdfanfiction

I gasped staring wide eye at Carl as he pressed my body against the kitchen counter. He trapped me in his arms and his cold blue eyes stared into my grey ones. He seemed angry and-confused? He cursed under his breath and he pressed his face to the space of my neck. He clenched his hands into fists and hit the counter in fusteration. I whinched and I felt afraid of what he might do next. "What are you doing to me?" He growled and I stiffened from his words. "W-what?" My voice wobbled as I tried to swallow the lump in my throat. He pulled his face away from my neck and his face was then really close to mine. His nose brushed mine and my heart kicked into overdrive. His left hand touched my cheek as his thumb stroked my lower lip. His cheeks flushed and some how I became relaxed. "You're driving me crazy.." My eyes widened in shock. Wait what?! Next thing I know his lips met mine and sparks began to fly. "Be mine..be mine forever-Lena Lockwood.." ~~~~~~~~~~~~❤️❤️❤️❤️~~~~~~~~~~~~~ THIS IS A FAN FICTION!!!
