Athena LaRusso and Robby Keene had never gotten along. It started when Daniel LaRusso starts to train Robby Keene when he can't even seem to stop and say a simple 'hi' to Athena. So Athena runs off and joins Cobra Kai after some convincing from her friend Miguel Diaz. When Johnny Lawrence meets Athena, he's unsure if he should let her in his Dojo. After all, she is a LaRusso. Slowly, Johnny began's to loosen up around her. When it comes time to the All Valley Tournament, Athena fights for Cobra Kai while Robby doesn't fight for a dojo, until the finals.
