Ryan's cheerful whistling echoes throughout the hallway as we emerge in the cafeteria and a small hush settles over everyone. Ryan grabs a tray and then leads us to a table in the corner of the room. Sunlight is streaming through the big glass doors and as I stare my mind begins to go blank, my breathing becoming nonexistent while Ryan and the new guard sit across from me talking quietly.
