In Universe #16, Natsuha Inose is a powerful Second-Ranked Class 10 SPEC in Ultima City. The Chairwoman, Alice Ultia, seeks to use Natsuha's unrivaled power for her own selfish gain and upgrade her to the first ever Class 11 SPEC, but this plan goes awry and sets off a chain of disastrous events. Natsuha, a former heroine, turns into a villain and becomes a shell of her former self. In a reality where it's more unfair than the original universe, she has to do whatever it takes to survive and fix what she has damaged.
