For the first time in ages, he was being listened to, not just heard. His voice moved like the waves they danced in only a few days ago and carried out across the room like the storm raging outside. - George had never really felt like he fit in. Not because his adoptive family struggles with him being a trans man, or the fact that his younger sister is everything he will never be, but because hes always felt small. He'd known George was small, he was very open about the fact in his teases and chides, but he'd never fully let himself understand their proportions, as the ocean between them was not moving any time soon, so it didn't seem to matter. Now he was faced with the fact that George was really small. Some deep, guttural part of him seemed to like it, too. - Or, in which Dream lets himself indulge in fanworks and realizes a few too many things about both himself and his best friend during his fall.
