Deku X OC ft. a good storyline???

This is Aiko. She has a VERY rare quirk which only one other person had before. Its like OFA but the passing on was delayed and was chosen carefully for the heavens above. This quirk consists of Black Whip, Katanas, healing powers (which come out like medical equipment) and levitation. She has named this quirk "Killer". Its a miracle that she's not gotten into the public eye. She wears a mask because she was bullied in Middle School. She's best friends with a well-known villain, Ryu. She doesn't help them. What will happen next?
