Odelin is 15 and lives in Port-Au-Prince (Haiti) with his parents and his younger sister Christine. But in 2010 a catastrophic earthquake kills his parents and 316,000 others. Odelin struggles to live with his grandfather, who is ill, and keep up with others in need. As a wave of depression hits Haiti, Odelin gets dragged along with it, and eventually is forced to find another shelter for him and his sister. He tosses with reality and becomes greatly damaged through it all. A story that could be true, but isn't recorded.
