he smirked and lifted his face up from the file to see her face just the feeling that mafia's eyes are on her gave her goosebumps she backed off a bit from her place and gulped.
he looked at the guard beside her and signalled him to leave. as he left she felt chills and her eyes could tell how much scared she is. but she chose it for herself maybe her "Affection" was strong enough to keep her on the track. but he's a devil who doesn't care about love at all. a heartless mafia who would kill anyone to get what he wants.
he looked at her again and rested his back on the chair getting all comfortable he spoke

"be my what? body guard? just the thought of guns scares you girl what are you putting yourself into"

she looked at him finally meeting his gaze she spoke

"maybe yes I'm scared but still I wanna protect you from your enemies I'll be by your side no matter how risky plan you make"

he smirked hearing her shaky voice and looked back at the file not paying attention towards her.

"leave I'm giving you a chance to live"

that's all he spoke. silence covered the room the sound of air conditioner making the silence even more peaceful....
