The United Nations Climate Change Stabilization department was created in 2037 to lead the way in global attempts to reverse the effects of climate change and be the central unit that would record and disseminate information on the global phenomenon here thereafter called the Storm Season.
Dr. Clara Oswin is trying to change the world by travelling across North America her storm-chasing trailer. But the world has already changed and maybe it's all too late.
