The legend of the land Trapla, the predecessor to Fourland, was locked in war only until a mage presented the King 52 magical cards. The cards were then bestowed to 52 loyalist knights, each bearing a unique power. Though the knights died in battle, the power of the cards still remained.
As time passes, the cards were used differently amongst the humans; a cause, a desire, or an act for revenge. But nonetheless, the cards select those who are befitting of such power.
Yet on one particular night, an intruder penetrates the palace in hopes of obtaining those very cards.
Should I, Yun Estellia Lenos, the mage of the 52 cards, sit back and see how this plays out, or take matters into my own hands?
