Abscondence - a ryusae fic

Abscondence: The act of absconding, or illicitly escaping; hiding a fugitive.

A story of a prince, a shirker, running both from and towards his fate; and the bounty hunter, who follows only one step behind in his waning tracks. But only in the absconding of the person he had learned to see, lies duty and fate; weighing heavy with expectancy and standards. Until there is no space in between running towards, from, or sinking in the place of fate locking chains around worn ankles.

A story in which a youthful prince, none other than Itoshi Sae, has a high price on his head. A story in which an immature hunter, none other than Shidou Ryusei, is sent out to apprehend him back into the clutches of the royal name from which he runs. In bringing the shirker back to the responsibility of his dignified name, the hunter is met with an anomaly of experiences, feelings, and understandings, that push him to the realization that some dreams are and aren't worth searching for. In searching out the place where he could finally lie down and rest, the shirker is pushed towards the realization that his 'Eden' was right next to him all along.
