Lacy is an outsider. She loves country music, hunting, and fishing. But nobody else at her school likes her stuff. That's kind of what makes her an outsider. One day there is a new kid at school. His name is Matt. When they get to know one another, they find that they are great friends, and possibly something more. But Lacy doesn't want to destroy one of her only and best friendships. And Matt wants to ask her out but doesn't want to lose her as a friend if she says no. Would it be crazy if they said "I just want to know."

Hayden has made it to Chicago. She's staying with her brother in a rental house off campus with his five roommates. They're loud, obnoxious, & they're all players, but in their own ways. They can be nice. Well except Bennett. He does all the same stuff, but he's different. He doesn't care. At least they apologize for their behavior. He seems to like to rub it in her face. Hayden & Bennett constantly bicker & butt heads. When she becomes friends with the other boys, Bennett is the last one she has to tame. But she can't. She needs to get her mind off them & think about herself. More problems come up & she learns she's falling in love, for real this time. She can't let him know, though. It would ruin it all. Maybe she should just go home. Or will the problems she left find her again in her new home. Life likes to throw curveballs. After all, you can't run away from your problems because they're faster & they catch you. Find out what happens in the sequel to You're All I Need.
