What if,

What if Dragon had raised Luffy until he was 6,still giving him to Garp (with hesitation ofc) and visiting him throughout his life (in secret). 

This story's existence will be just so Dragon isn't an overhated character, and because we need angst and fluff including Dragon and his cute ass son, and other people... lots of reasons why this exists.
