Welcome back to the most dysfunctional family in hero history! The grandkids are in high school now, Fid is somehow smart (and nobody's ready for that), and Riku... well, Riku just had another baby - little Rikarius, a giggling lightning gremlin who eats waffles faster than physics should allow. But things take a chaotic turn when Riku starts coughing up blood - not the dramatic "anime cool guy" way, but the "someone call Lytework before I short-circuit" way. The Chaotic 5, the grandkids, and what's left of everyone's sanity band together to find a cure for the mysterious "Thunder Virus" before Riku turns into a walking lightning battery. Expect explosions. Expect jokes that should've been illegal. Expect Fid quoting Einstein while Riku tries to eat the test tubes. Between blood tests, school detentions, and Venm nearly blowing up the hospital, the only constant is chaos-chaos with heart, waffles, and shocking puns that'll have even Crim facepalming. Because when your family's the cure and the problem? That's not medicine - that's Operation Babysitter 3: Chaos in the Veins.
