Things have been calm for the Scouts ever since they went to the sea for the first time, but things change when they meet foreigners Yelena and Onyankopon and later decide to take a boat to the other side of the sea to go to Marley.

Upon visiting Marley, Eren leaves the group and never returns, which causes some suspicion amongst everyone. After leaving Marley, they begin to receive letters from Eren about him and his time in Marley. The letters show how different Eren's become.

Four years later, the Scouts return to Marley, but for a war this time. As they retrieve Eren, they can really see how different he's become. What happened to Eren? What does he plan to do? Read to find out in the final book of this series.
