Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless 13 year old boy.
Because of his lack of a supernatural power everyone believes that he is useless, including his once best friend, Katsuki Bakugo.
It all eats away at Izukus self worth and confidence.
So he decides to heed the blonds advice and, to put it in his own words, "Take a swan dive off of the roof of the building", though maybe not exactly as he was advised.
Izuku steels his nerves and takes a steep forward, entering free fall

The Original Plan
(In this world there are no quirks or heros.) Bakugo has bullied countless people throughout middle school, one being Kirishima. A student with no self confidence or self esteem, a student who has asked himself if he deserved to live because of Bakugo.
