Zeke stood up from the chair, "I love Mick more than anything, and I know her feelings. That's why I keep you around all the time, too, Jared. I know you're doing the same thing! You're protecting us both, not just her. Because even though you hate me, you're afraid to hurt her. She's more than your own pride, she's more than your fear. She is absolutely everything above it all." Zeke wasn't shouting, but something in his voice was making the words loud and clear. He came closer to Jared, "She's the same for me. I literally survived because of her. I own her so much. And I don't want her to choose, because whoever of us she'd pick, she wouldn't be completely happy and neither of us want her to be unhappy anymore, Jared."
