"Come out child." A thunderous voice echoed through the forest, causing the young woman to gasp. She refused to comply, fearing for her life.

"NOW!" The voice yelled, causing her to let out a scream before sobbing heavily again. She slowly turned away from the comfort of the tree to gaze into the grey eyes of her tormentor. It was a tall man, standing at nearly seven feet. He was naked from shifting, which made her blush violently. His hair was the color of his eyes. She glimpsed over the wolf tattoo on his right arm, as black as the night sky above them. 

"I won't hurt you." He sighed, seeming to relax after seeing the fear in the poor girl's eyes. 

She didn't believe him, but relaxed nonetheless. His voice seemed to calm her, which she found strange. 

He took another step forward, while she froze. 

"What's your name, pup?" He questioned. 

She didn't respond instantly, instead staring into the man's eyes. 

"Serena." She squeaked. He could tell she was terrified of him, but that didn't stop his mind from wondering. He didn't know any she-wolves from his pack with that name.

"Hello Serena. I'm Alpha Zurin Meldron, of the Moonwood pack." He stated.
