But what will happen when Lily develops a eating disorder and her secret is revealed and she no longer has to go back to the monster. Her life begins to change for the better but she also changes but for the worse. She wants her twins boyfriend and he now wants her. But what will she do? She also wants Ethan but he doesn't seem to like all that much now she has changed. Will she go out with Jake or Ethan ? Why do her grandma and Stacey hate her so much?
