He destroyed New York, and murdered innocents. So why does his voice wrap around her like silk? Why when she's tasked with getting to the bottom of his attack does she think that there's more to the God than meets the eye?
For years she's done what any good hideaway will do and kept her powers to herself. They're unpredictable at best. After promising not to draw past hostilities to her new location, she's kept herself as hidden as she can. Even when Tony gave her a place to stay at Fury's request, she knew no one could know about her.
Loki claims he can help her. She shouldn't trust him, but she does.
Can he help her take back the control she's so desperately seeking? Or is there an agenda behind his actions?
When Nick insists she's needed for a mission, things change. The world is about to find out who Serafina is, and when she's injured, there's only one person capable of healing her. Because there's more to the mutated human than meets the eye.

A god and his wendigo
It's obvious in the name but in case you didn't catch the memo, she eats people. Yes they will be descriptions of death and some gore so if you're not okay with that then don't read. The avengers brin in a woman after finding out men were mysteriously going missing in a small town in Canada with little of their remains to be found. She was a wendigo. He was a god. She is brought to the containment unit where she meets Loki. Over the next week they bond and then they are forced to part but when she is free again they become almost inseparable. He doesn't care that she must eat human corpses to survive, she doesn't care who he is but do they know that yet? Of course not. Though they do become quite comfortable with each other very quickly. she learns why he accepted her and he learnt why she accepted him, for who he was and not what he was. She chose to work for Stark, knowing that she was the best one for the role. She knew that her life would be different, working with the worlds most notoriously egocentric man, hell superhero, but she didn't care. She knew he needed help, staying on the right path and that's exactly what she did for him. What she didn't expect, was that one day, she'd meet someone worse than Tony. He claimed he wanted to take over the world, her world, but she was determined to stop him. Taking something valuable from him, ended up with her being thrown through the window from the tower, and hitting bottom, literally. She hated him with everything she had, knowing it was all his fault. But having him here again on earth, 'reformed', is what she was told, brought it all back, her nightmares, her anger and her desire. He made her life hell, for what he did, and now it was her turn, to destroy his life, in every way she could. Even more moody than Bucky, more sarcastic than Tony, more powerful than Wanda and definitely more angry than Hulk, the god of mischief better stay out of her way, if he knows what's good for him. Both have a past they don't like. She was tortured and he was neglected. But when the God of Mischief has to be held captive in her home she can't help be curious. She's one of the few who shows kindness to the misunderstood God; not caring that the others around her don't approve. When troubles come her way making her life haywire he's there for her as well. So falling in love with him along the way will obviously happen...right? We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
