Issei Hyoudou the direct son of both Ddraig the welsh dragon emperor and Tiamat the chaos karma dragon.
600 years after the events of the great war, Issei is once again for like the 100th time thrown into the workings of the devils, but at a town called Kouh in japan.
He befriends a devil by the name of Rias Gremory, heiress to the house of Gremory, but maybe there's more development between him, her, her peerage and others that might get involved with him.
