Neteyam had found her just outside of the Hallelujah mountains, passed out from exhaustion. It took everything in him not to bite off his fathers hands when he carried her to the village. Her strange ways captivated him, and even though he had the responsibility of his siblings, Neyetam took it upon himself to protect her and teach her the ways of the Omatikaya. No matter how much she resisted, Ahurewa always found her way back to him.
