Safe Haven

Charlotte "Charlie" Locke is a young woman who runs a safe house for mythical creatures. No matter what you are, you have a place at Safe Haven. If you follow the rules that is : 1. No fighting in the house and 2 : Everyone has a seat at the dinner table.
But when a contract made in the past comes to Charlie's door, how will she continue to care for the creatures who count on her? How do you settle a contract when you were not the one to make it?
