Theseus decides to stop being boring and become a villain named Dolios who messes with everyone barely committing crimes. Did I mention that Theseus is Tommy, and Tommy is a God? Tommy is the God of Reality, so on earth Tommy decides to have 'glitch' powers, being able to 'teleport' or 'shapeshift' seemingly.
Dream a hero is so fucking confused.
The Syndicate doesn't even acknowledge Dolios.
