A Wings Of Fire story that takes place in the depths of the Sky'wing Kingdom, following the story of a powerful hybrid dragonet who has to fight in the infamous arena regularly for most of his life, until... ? This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. The Random Moments of JMA
This is the beginning of the story of a friend group of dragons attending a much more developed and populated version of Jade Mountain Academy. Starting in the Quartz Winglet in the year 5058 A.S., these students live average lives and as the series goes on, things develop and change, mentally and physically for them. I would consider this a Wings of Fire fanfiction, although it's a bit complicated as it's based off of real life. The dragons in this are all my classmates as their Wings of Fire OCs, (meaning some of the OCs aren't mine) or, if they don't know wings of fire and/or don't have an OC, just them as a WoF dragon. Since it's based off of real life, it doesn't have much of a plot, so be prepared for that. This is the first book in the Random Moments of JMA series, and things change as the series goes.Complete

They were hatched just like every other dragon, on the rim of war, ready to fight for their tribes and die for their world. Except, they aren't the exact same dragonets that you know, having never lived under the mountain, never growing up together. Though they may still be the dragonets that you remember. -Daily updates- From chapter 2: Uhar woke, blinking in confusion at the light. He'd never seen anything this bright in his life. Looking out over the cliff, he saw the source, like a blinding flame that was thousands of times more powerful than any spark. It was round and it rested in the sky far above him, illuminating the ground below. It was strange in more ways than that. Since it seemed as if the sky itself was broken. The whiteness that had completely covered it before had moved. Revealing a bright endless blue behind. There were still patches of that whiteness far above, but they seemed fluffy now, no longer a blanket of dread covering the world. They were all different shapes and sizes, but they had none of the previously uniform aesthetic. The sky was turning bright colors as he watched, reds and oranges, reflecting off those white things into pinks and purples as well, it was the most wonderful thing that Uhar had ever seen, colors he'd never even imagined were in that sky. He watched the world in awe, feeling his ears rise with excitement. If this was the world his ancestors had left behind, he couldn't imagine why they'd ever wanted to leave.Complete

What if the dragonet inside it actually survived? What if the SkyWing was hidden in a deep pit with only a sick IceWing guardian to take care of? After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... Wings of Fire #2 : The Swarming Fury
(THE SEQUEL TO WINGS OF FIRE: THE RETURN OF WASP!) (Cover art is mine!) Things are going great on Pyrrhia, the founders of Jade Mountain have gave chances for younger dragonets to enroll in their now few years old school. Things seem great, until a battalion of HiveWing soldiers invade Pyrrhia and threatens their safety as Queen Wasp demands ruling rights over Pyrrhia. Toucan is a young RainWing with anger issues, and he takes this as a perfect opportunity to try and manage his disorder and make new friends. Dusky never wanted to go to school, he wanted to be in close proximity with his adoptive mother; Luna, after his own mother died in an unfortunate accident. He is scared of what might happen next if he ever sets talon in a new place he has no experience in, and he questions his own safety as a swarm of HiveWing soldiers invade Pyrrhia. Bumblebee was always ecstatic about school, she was always looking forward on making new friends, but after hearing an ominous prophecy from Fate Claws she starts to realize her life was at stake. Fate Claws was a normal NightWing with nothing more special than having the powers of foretelling to future, and prophecy powers. She was born under a blue moon, and she never really thought much of it until she starts seeing weird dragons that her other clawmates can't see. One of the dragons might be the one that seals their fate. Tiger realizes he was dead, and there was nothing left for him to accomplish. He had betrayed Wasp after all. But it was for a good purpose, was it? Now, he wanders the continents knowing that no one would be able to see, or hear him - then he stumbles upon a very NightWing dragonet who might be the only one who could ever see him.

Leafspeaker's life is a lonely one. As a hybrid, other dragons often made fun of her, and rarely included her in anything. On top of that, her father died before she'd hatched, and her mother shortly after. And her only friend isn't who she says she is.
