Beyond Borders: Cordillera Summons

When a New Year's Eve celebration turned into a disaster due to an unexplainable event that whisked away a region and its inhabitants from Earth and dropped them into another world, how would a region from a developing nation, heavily reliant on its country's main city, cope with such a supernatural event?

I am making this story mostly as a shit post. Also since there are already a number of stories with a similar premise with the Countries such as the Philippines getting transported to another world, I decided to shelve mine and instead use one of the regions here to summon.

Story is obviously inspired by the various Japan summons fanfic here. My favourites being the NHS Kai and ASEAN summons.
